• Not for Emergencies: In a medical emergency, call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Our service is for non-urgent care only. • Inherent Limits: An online visit has limitations. The doctor cannot do a hands-on exam and relies on the information you provide. • Consent to Recording: For quality and safety, consultations may be recorded by Mednowna. You are not allowed to record the session yourself.

• Your personal and medical data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. • We use strong security measures, but no online system is 100% immune to risks. • Anonymous data from consultations may be used for medical research to help improve care for everyone.

• We are not a healthcare provider. Mednowna is a technology service. Your relationship is with your doctor. • The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific outcomes from your consultation. • You use the service at your own risk, understanding the potential limitations of telemedicine.

• You pay the professional fee directly to your healthcare professional. • Mednowna will charge you a separate minimal fee for using the platform to connect.

• Use Mednowna only for personal, non-commercial, and lawful purposes. • Do not misuse the platform, share your account, harass others, or upload harmful content.

• Mednowna's total liability to you in any situation is limited to Five Thousand Philippine Pesos (PHP 5,000.00).

• We may update these terms occasionally. • If you continue using Mednowna after changes are posted, it means you accept the new terms.

• This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. • Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof shall be settled by arbitration in the Philippines by a panel of three (3) arbitrators in accordance with the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. ("PDRCI") Arbitration Rules as at present in force. • Should interim judicial relief be necessary in connection with this Agreement, the parties may seek appropriate relief exclusively before the courts of Dipolog City to the exclusion of other venues.
